As Head of Programmes and Insight at Middlesex University London, Maria Luisa Ross is responsible for driving income through recruitment and reputation build across the breadth of subject areas that comprise the University’s portfolio. A key part of the role is to support academic colleagues in developing new programmes, driving the University’s overall portfolio size and shape. Maria Luisa has over 12 years’ experience in higher education, including co-founding and chairing the Higher Education Institution Market Researchers’ Forum. Previously, Maria Luisa worked as a social and market researcher across a wide range of sectors, from consumer goods to government policy.
