Helen is Head of Data Management in Strategic Planning at the University of Birmingham and is also one of the convenors of the national Data Governance Network for Higher Education professionals. Prior to taking up this newly created role, Helen was an Assistant Director in Registry at Birmingham, responsible for curriculum management and development, statutory external and internal student reporting and systems development and maintenance. Helen has also worked as Faculty Registrar, Head of Registry Services and Academic Registrar at universities in the South West, responsible for institutional matters relating to student administration, regulations, policy and quality assurance.
