Paul Clark

Paul Clark is the Chief Executive of the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA). He has led the organisation since 2015. Prior to that, he has worked for more than 20 years in the higher education sector, in a range of senior roles, and across a variety of organisations. Paul has led a number of sector-wide data and policy initiatives, including work on transforming the data landscape for UK higher education, developing an open data strategy for HE, cyber security, improving data skills and capability, and using data to improve decision-making.
